Thank you to all of the parents who attended yesterday’s Meet and Greet. It was lovely to see so many of you.
If you were unable to make it, don’t worry….everything you need to know is below.
Our topic this term is the Celts and Anglo Saxons.
We will be sending out a list of the key words that children should be able to spell by the end of Year 4 – please keep this safe and help your child learn these words. Also, to help your child in maths, please regularly practice their times tables (to 12 x 12). Children should know what 5 x 6 is without having to count up in 5’s. The more practice you can do with them the easier they will find the new Year 4 maths curriculum.
PE days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Homework will be sent out on a Tuesday (Maths) and Thursday (English) and is due in on Monday. It should not take more than 30 minutes per activity….if your child is struggling, please let me know.
