A heartfelt thank you to everyone in school for their generous donations during today’s ‘Daft As A Brush’ Bad Hair Day.
Pupils and staff made their hair wild and wacky to raise money for a local cancer support charity, Daft as a Brush. The charity supports patients who are receiving treatment for cancer by transporting them to and from appointments in their ambulances.
Toner Avenue raised a fantastic sum of £223.30 for the charity! David and Steven from the charity were really grateful.
We are also in the process of adopting an ambulance – watch this space to find out what we decide to name it!
