Last week, Y5AF worked so hard on their tricky fractions work, so as a treat on Friday we played some fun board games- with a maths twist to improve our mental agility!
We played Jenga, however each time we moved a block there was an addition or subtraction calculation we had to solve before we could add our block to the pile. We also enjoyed playing Headbandz, but instead of picture cards, the children had to ask mathematical questions to work out the mystery number.
A great time was had by all, keep up the fantastic work!
